We often treat confidence like it’s the starting point. “If I just felt more confident, I’d play better.” But what if confidence is the result, not the requirement? In this episode, we break down a conversation with an athlete who didn’t magically perform better, but still felt a surge of belief in himself — and it had everything to do with conviction.
