Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Lewis Hamilton won seven world titles, then went 56 races without a win, publicly asking whether it was him or the car. When he finally won again, he pointed to something that had nothing to do with racing: disconnecting, and spending time with family, friends, and people who knew him. He didn't add a new technique or a new setup. He remembered who he was and where his success came from. The inputs and people who keep an athlete grounded are part of the performance, and losing them is how you drift far enough off the path that finding your way back gets very hard.
